What type of hair do you use?

How long does custom coloring take?

Because every wig is colored by hand, processing times vary. Please allow the production time listed on the product page before your order ships. Quality takes time, and we never rush the coloring process.

Will my wig look exactly like the photos?

We work hard to recreate every color as accurately as possible. Since every unit is hand-colored and human hair is a natural product, slight variations in tone, placement, and dimension make each wig one of a kind. Color may look different in different lighting

Can I straighten or curl my wig?

Yes! Our wigs are made from 100% human hair, so they can be curled, straightened, or restyled using heat. We always recommend using a heat protectant.

Can I wash my wig?

Yes. Wash your wig with a sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner as needed. Always allow it to air dry or use low heat to help maintain its quality.

How do I choose the correct cap size?

Measure the circumference of your head using a soft measuring tape and compare your measurements to our size chart. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering for assistance.

Do I need to know how to install wigs?

Can I sleep in my wig?
