Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. This includes all wigs, extensions, and any made-to-order items.

Please double-check all details before placing your order, including sizing, lace type, length, and texture. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed, canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Exceptions:

If you receive the wrong item or there is a confirmed error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@acecolorhaus.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
